Energy healing:

Eligibility

If booking for a minor, written parental/guardian consent is required.

Bookings and Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or direct contact.

• Payment must be made in full prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers may have a 14-day cooling-off period for online bookings.

However:

• If you request that services begin within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be reduced once the service has been performed.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged in full.

• Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days where applicable.

Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:
